Assalamualaikum, salam sejahtera dan selamat hari selasa buat semua rakan rakan pengunjung mudah mudahan kita semua dirahmati Allah. Alhamdulillah hari ni nampaknya cuaca di Ipoh agak cerah berbanding semalam. Tapi apa pun kena la sentiasa berjaga jaga sebab cuaca sekarang ni bukan menentu sangat.
Antara rancangan kegemaran aku dan wifey ketika menonton astro bila dah tak de cerita cerita menarik di saluran pilihan, kitorang akan melayan saluran astro 707 TLC atau saluran astro 703 AFC.
Saluran astro 703 AFC tu agak jarang jarang jugak la. Selalunya saluran astro 707 TLC. Tu pun bila ada siaran pasal makan makan je macam Cake Boss, Food Paradise, Man vs Food dan lain lain tu.
Ada sekali tu masa tengah layan rancangan Food Paradise, dia tayang pulak pasal BBQ. Punya la terliur bila tengok orang dalam TV tu layan BBQ. Dan seketika ibu mengandung buat permintaan pulak andainya dapat nak makan bakar bakaran.
Dengan tu, maka terhasil la hidangan makan tengahari untuk hari ni yang berasaskan bakar bakaran walaupun tak menyerupai BBQ dalam rancangan Food Paradise tu.
Setengah ekor ayam berserta dua kepak ayam yang bakal menjadi mangsa santapan. Malam tadi jugak cari ayam untuk diperap semalaman. Tengok asap tu pun dah rasa macam nak menangis perut tunggu mintak diisi.
Kalau kitorang layan hidangan bakar bakaran memang tak leh lupa dengan salad ni. Buat bungkus hasil bakaran tu pun memang menyelerakan bila dimakan begitu je.
Lawan ayam yang dibakar tu tak lain tak bukan perahan limau bersama kicap dicampur dengan bawang cincang dan cili api. Memang berasap telinga bila tergigit cili api tu.
Tu dia hidangan makan tengahari kami hari ni. Jejari kentang goreng tu sekadar sampingan je untuk anak aku yang agak memilih seleranya. Korang pulak apa hidangan makan tengahari hari ni ?
